平衡閥是在水力工況下,起到動態、靜態平衡調節的閥門。如:靜態平衡閥,動態平衡閥。
靜態
平衡閥亦稱平衡閥、手動平衡閥、數字鎖定平衡閥、雙位調節閥等,它是通過改變閥芯與閥座的間隙(開度),來(lai)改(gai)變(bian)流(liu)經(jing)閥(fa)門(men)的(de)流(liu)動(dong)阻(zu)力(li)以(yi)達(da)到(dao)調(tiao)節(jie)流(liu)量(liang)的(de)目(mu)的(de),其(qi)作(zuo)用(yong)對(dui)象(xiang)是(shi)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)阻(zu)力(li),能(neng)夠(gou)將(jiang)新(xin)的(de)水(shui)量(liang)按(an)照(zhao)設(she)計(ji)計(ji)算(suan)的(de)比(bi)例(li)平(ping)衡(heng)分(fen)配(pei),各(ge)支(zhi)路(lu)同(tong)時(shi)按(an)比(bi)例(li)增(zeng)減(jian),仍(reng)然(ran)滿(man)足(zu)當(dang)前(qian)氣(qi)候(hou)需(xu)要(yao)下(xia)的(de)部(bu)份(fen)負(fu)荷(he)的(de)流(liu)量(liang)需(xu)求(qiu),起(qi)到(dao)熱(re)平(ping)衡(heng)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。
動態平衡閥分為動態流量平衡閥,動態壓差平衡閥,自力式自身壓差控製閥等。
動態流量
平衡閥亦稱:自力式流量控製閥、自力式平衡閥、定流量閥、自動平衡閥等,它是跟據係統工況(壓差)biandongerzidongbianhuazulixishu,zaiyidingdeyachafanweinei,keyiyouxiaodikongzhitongguodeliuliangbaochiyigechangzhi,jidangfamenqianhoudeyachazengdashi,tongguofamendezidongguanxiaodedongzuonenggoubaochiliuliangbuzengda,fanzhi,dangyachajianxiaoshi,famenzidongkaida,liuliangrengzhaobaochihengding,danshi,dangyachaxiaoyuhuodayufamendezhengchanggongzuofanweishi,tabijingbunengtigongewaideyatou,cishifamendadaoquankaihuoquanguanweizhiliuliangrengranbishedingliuliangdihuogaobunengkongzhi。
